About

Confiture:
A confection, preserve or jam. [from Old French ‘confire’ , to prepare; from Latin ‘conficere’, to produce]

Or simply, jam. Konfyt. Konfytbekkie. That’s me. (It’s a long, long story…)
Why Confiture? Because it’s sweet. And sticky. Like life. Like me.

And I’m who exactly? 20-something. Perpetual student, of both life and academic institutions. Recent Master’s graduate. Current 1st year law student. Temporarily unemployed. Baker of chocolaty things. Girlfriend to man with crazy advertising hair. Rescuer of animals. Sucker for romance. Quick thinker, sometimes not quick enough to keep up with my mouth. Opinionated. One of the guys. Watcher of sport, lover of music. Occasional singer. Continual cynic.

I’m a unique and beautiful snowflake. Just like everyone else.
